Write from the email address on your account if you have one, so we can find it. Never send your sign-in link or a full card number.
What to include
- For an essay: your child's first name and the date you sent it.
- For a payment: the date, the amount and the M-Pesa receipt number or the card payment's reference.
- For a privacy request (a copy of your data, or deleting it): what you'd like. You can also do both yourself in Settings.
